As a Security Officer - Warehouse Patrol in Flagstaff, AZ
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail mall location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this people‑first role, you will support a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and a reliable presence while responding to concerns and assisting guests, tenants, and staff throughout the property.

Pay Rate: $21.65 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail mall location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with mall management and/or local emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, exterior walkways, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, high‑traffic areas, and tenant spaces for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues, and report concerns through proper channels.
• Assist with crowd management, guest assistance, and directional support during business hours, peak shopping periods, and special events held at the location.

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
