Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail mall location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. • Day Time Thu 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Day Time Fri 10:00 AM - 08:00 PM
• Day Time Sat 10:00 AM - 08:00 PM

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report observed concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high‑traffic areas to help deter theft, trespassing, and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and/or observations in required reports and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
