Position
Experienced Shingle Roofers – Flagstaff Area (Residential & Commercial Roofing) – Full-Time, Hourly, Great Pay + Benefits. Flagstaff, AZ.
CompanyAmerican Roofing & Waterproofing is hiring experienced shingle roof installers to join our growing team in Flagstaff and surrounding areas. If you’ve got 5+ years of residential and commercial roofing experience, we want to talk to you today!
Qualifications- 5+ years of hands‑on roofing experience (shingle, residential, and commercial)
- Shingle tear‑offs, installs, and repairs
- Experience with asphalt, gravel, metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and single‑ply roofing systems
- Waterproofing and coatings expertise
- Scaffolding and ladder safety skills
- Estimating materials and labor
- Physically capable (lifting 50+ lbs, climbing, kneeling, working outdoors)
- Willing to work long hours, nights, weekends, and travel if needed
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a big plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Must be insurable under company policy
