As a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician, your role will support and oversee repair within the Walmart facilities’ Refrigeration HVAC equipment team and assets by utilizing commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills and using hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs.

• 10 years of experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for refrigerant handling
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR report
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility’s refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills and hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive repair work orders, support store associates, and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations by performing work according to Walmart’s refrigeration HVAC safety policy and environmental guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, move up and down ladders, and work comfortably at heights frequently.

• Salary range: $56,160 – $106,080
• Currently offering a $2,000 sign‑on bonus (for select locations)
• Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, level of job offer, qualifications and other job‑related factors.
