As an Exterior Services Technician – DOT Operator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing landscape projects, collaborating with a dedicated team to maintain the grounds year‑round, and performing activities such as mowing, trimming, and pruning to keep the exterior environment pristine.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct grounds maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Work alongside fellow associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance.
- Adhere to stringent safety, security, and integrity protocols, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements at the local, federal, and state levels.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines.
- Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
- Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI convictions or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last 3 years.
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
- No serious traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
- Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification with a 90‑day card.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
- Full time position with competitive hourly pay ranging from $19.00 to $35.00, including potential premiums.
