$25–$35 per hour depending on experience. Performance bonuses. Growth and advancement opportunities.

• Minimum 5+ years of roofing experience
• Hands‑on experience with:
  Tile roofing, Shingle systems, Foam roofing, Metal roofing, Walk decks
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial applications
• Ability to diagnose and complete quality repairs and installations

• Install, repair, and maintain multiple roofing systems
• Perform tear-offs and reroof projects
• Ensure roofs are weather‑tight and built to last
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Maintain clean and organized job sites

• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel when required
• Strong work ethic and team‑oriented mindset
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
