Trillium Construction is actively hiring a Senior Electrical Foreman / Superintendent to oversee site operations on long-term, utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in Flagstaff, AZ.

This high-level supervisory role will oversee 2 to 3 Electrical Foremen along with their respective crews. We are looking for an experienced leader who excels at high-level field management, safety, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage 2–3 Electrical Foremen and their assigned crews.
• Drive site productivity, safety compliance, and overall project workflow across multiple crews.
• Coordinate field execution on utility-scale BESS installations and electrical setups.
• Interface regularly with project management and clients to maintain timelines and quality.

Benefits & Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $49.28 / hr
• Per Diem: $144 / day

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a General Electrical Foreman or Senior Field Lead.
• Strong background in BESS, utility-scale solar, or large-scale industrial electrical projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple foremen and large field operations effectively.
• Top-tier organizational, communication, and site-safety skills.
