Roof Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in roofing, with a clean driving record. This role requires a hands‑on approach, ensuring that all tasks are completed and to the highest standards on residential and commercial properties.

• Interpret and work from work orders to complete installation and repair tasks
• Perform roof inspections, leak investigations, and repairs on various roofing systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance and minor roof system installations
• Identify roofing issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Work with a variety of materials including shingles, tile, TPO, PVC, and coatings
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
• Operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles safely and responsibly
  
  Respond to emergency service calls as needed, including occasional weekends
• Follow company safety policies and wear appropriate PPE at all times
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company values on every job site

• Must have roofing experience (service, repair, or maintenance)
• Familiarity with multiple roofing systems: shingle, tile, metal, TPO, PVC, BUR, and coatings
• Proven ability to locate and repair roof leaks efficiently
• Experience with flashing, sealing, and waterproofing techniques
• Ability to read and interpret work orders
• Strong understanding of roofing safety practices and OSHA standards
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Experience using roofing tools and equipment (e.g., sprayer, hand tools)
• Customer service experience or ability to interact professionally with clients
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred)
