Turner Mining Group is seeking General Laborers to join their team supporting mining operations in Flagstaff, AZ. These traveling laborers will perform a variety of hands-on tasks to keep mining sites running smoothly and safely. The ideal candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to work in a dynamic, outdoor environment.

• Previous labor experience in mining, construction, industrial, or outdoor environments preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in rugged outdoor conditions
• MSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain if required)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
• Flexibility to work day shift, night shift, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and climb for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather, dust, noise, and uneven terrain
• Must be able to wear required PPE at all times on site
