Greystar is seeking an on-site Maintenance Tech to ensure building systems, grounds, and common areas meet safety and quality standards. You will diagnose, repair, and complete make-ready tasks, coordinate with vendors, and maintain accurate service records.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in property maintenance, and HVAC certifications. A valid driver’s license and EPA refrigerant certification are preferred. OSHA compliance and safety training are mandatory.
