Flagstaff Shelter Services is seeking a Site Case Manager to support individuals experiencing homelessness in achieving housing stability. You will be the main contact for clients at Huntington Shelter, coordinating services with shelter staff and community partners to advocate for housing opportunities.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm. Responsibilities include intakes, service plans, and ongoing case management with HMIS documentation and data tracking.
