Forest Highlands Golf Club is seeking a reliable and safety focused Local Shuttle Driver to transport employees between Forest Highlands and designated apartment communities in the Flagstaff area. This role is essential in ensuring our team members arrive safely and on time for their shifts. The Shuttle Driver plays an important part in supporting daily operations by maintaining dependable transportation for our staff while providing a safe, courteous, and professional driving experience.

The ideal candidate is punctual, responsible, and comfortable driving scheduled routes while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and excellent service. This position requires strong time management, the ability to adapt to changing schedules, and a positive attitude when interacting with employees and team members.

• Safely transport Forest Highlands employees between the club and designated apartment communities in the Flagstaff area
• Follow assigned shuttle routes and schedules to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of employees
• Maintain a safe driving environment and follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure the shuttle is operating safely
• Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and presentable for passengers
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding schedules, delays, or vehicle concerns
• Provide courteous and professional interactions with all passengers
• Adjust to schedule changes or additional transportation needs during busy periods
• Assist with other transportation-related tasks as needed

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Safe driving record with no points
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong time management skills
• Self‑motivated with a positive and professional attitude
• Organized and able to adapt in a busy, changing environment
• Availability for shifts starting as early as 5:00 AM and ending as late as 10:00 PM

• Competitive hourly wage: $19.00 per hour
