Warehouse Associate – Flagstaff, AZ

Shift: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $15.15 – $22.50 per hour (Depending on experience)

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, inventory handling, and general warehouse maintenance. This floating role requires flexibility to perform a variety of warehouse tasks while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, basic math skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials.
• Put away inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Assist with inventory organization and material movement throughout the warehouse.
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Read and follow work orders to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities.
• Operate a sit‑down propane forklift when trained and authorized.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

• Warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or distribution is preferred but not required.
• Consistent work history with demonstrated reliability.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to read and understand work orders.
• Forklift experience operating a sit‑down propane forklift is a plus but not required.
• Customer service or retail experience (such as Lowe’s or Home Depot) is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn warehouse products and procedures.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to bend, twist, pull, and stand for an entire shift.
