Night Supervisor

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Night Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations at our Phoenix, AZ distribution facility. In this night shift role, you will lead a team handling order picking, staging, and loading to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries to restaurants, institutions, and retailers. You'll monitor inventory accuracy, enforce food safety and OSHA standards, and resolve operational issues in real time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night shift warehouse operations for food service distribution
• Coordinate order picking, staging, and loading to meet delivery schedules
• Monitor inventory accuracy, product rotation, and food safety standards
• Lead, schedule, and support night shift associates to meet performance goals
• Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment and compliance with OSHAResolve order, routing, and loading issues in real time to minimize delays
• Communicate shift results, issues, and priorities to day leadership teams
• Support continuous improvement in productivity, accuracy, and service quality
