Michigan Memorial Park is a family-owned business and is currently looking for someone to join their team. The role is part-time (25 hours a week) and includes a range of administrative duties.
Responsibilities:- Answer phone calls from employees
- Scan and email documents
- Type and file records
- Order supplies
- Proofread documents
- Perform receptionist duties
- Process mail
- Manage inventory
- Assist with special projects
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Courteous and organized
- Punctual and trustworthy
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Team player
Training will be provided.
