Lead Teacher
- Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP)
Qualifications:
Must have one of the following:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in early childhood education, OR Current Michigan Teaching Certificate with Early Childhood endorsement (ZA/ZS). Must meet all requirements established by the Michigan Department of Human Services. Must be able to pass a fingerprint background check with MSP, a background check with LARA, and pass a TB Test. Early Childhood experience, preferred. Work effectively, make decisions, and problem-solve collaboratively within a team.
Evidence of ability, leadership, initiative, and creativity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and teachers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for all instruction and activities associated with the Great Start Readiness Program. Ensure constant communication among staff and parents. Responsible for networking with other agencies. Complete all necessary paperwork associated with grant. Coordination of parent involvement. Facilitate effective methods of communication with parents and community. Perform all other related duties and documentation requirements as assigned. Compensation:
