Dryfold Production - Finish Floor - 1st & 2nd Shift

JOB SUMMARY:

Picks up dry linen and feeds an item into various dry fold machines. Follows standard operating procedures for each machine. Inspects each piece of linen for stains, tears, holes, and wears. Must meet quality and production standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Be on time

* Be able to follow directions given by their team lead and supervisor

* Possess and maintain a positive attitude

* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in line with company policies

* Be able to work past the schedule, as production issues may arise

* Perform any other duties as supervisor/manager sees fit

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

* Cross-train in other positions per production needs

* 1st

Shift: 5am - 1:30pm (mandatory OT as needed)

* 2nd

Shift: 3:30pm - 12am (mandatory OT as needed)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Be able to stand on feet up to 12 hours a day

* Be able to push/pull linen carts up to 800 lbs (on wheels)

* Sufficient manual dexterity to handle linen efficiently

* Ability to work in high temperature environment

* Be able to lift up to 40 lbs

* Be able to operate computer/printer

* Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending, twisting, pulling, and reaching overhead
