Day Time Mon  06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a dynamic technology, media, and communications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns through established site protocols when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and/or credential checks in accordance with site expectations, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Support day‑to‑day operations by completing incident reports, communicating clearly with staff and visitors, and following Allied Universal post orders and client‑facing service standards.

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
