We’re looking for an experienced Hardscape Foreman who leads from the front, works alongside their crew, and delivers top-tier results.

Hardscape Foreman - GLC Landscaping & Pools – Flat Rock, MI

• Lead and work alongside a crew (1–4 team members) on hardscape projects
• Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and natural stone features
• Read and execute plans, layouts, and job specs
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily job flow
• Operate equipment (skid steers, excavators, etc.)
• Maintain jobsite quality, safety, and productivity
• Train and mentor crew members to company standards
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site
• Complete daily job tracking and reporting

• 5+ years of hardscape / landscape construction experience (
  required
  )
• Strong experience with pavers, natural stone, and retaining walls
• Proven leadership experience running a crew
• Ability to read plans and execute projects independently
• Equipment operation experience
• Valid Driver’s License (
  required
  ) + MDOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain)
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and attention to detail

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – additional pay offered

• $27–$31/hour (based on experience)
