Based in Orlando, Florida, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our pest prevention and landscape services.
Position SummaryIdeal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude with a strong work ethic and must be adept to work in a fast paced environment. They must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be responsible for the overall experience of our customers. The candidate will provide accurate & timely completion of required paperwork, compare, evaluate possible customer service solutions, and recommend customized service plans that best meet customer needs.
