This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Trinity Station Retirement Community in Flatwoods, KY. The CNA will provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Other responsibilities include monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ health, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and fostering supportive relationships with residents and their families.

The CNA plays a vital role in ensuring quality care and promoting the well-being and dignity of each resident.

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) and eligibility to work in Kentucky
• Experience in providing direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Basic knowledge of healthcare protocols and ability to monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional conditions
• Commitment to creating a safe, clean, and respectful care environment
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
• Experience in senior care or with memory care residents is a plus
• CPR and First Aid certification is a preferred qualification
