Our outstanding Clubhouse has been thoughtfully developed and modernised to provide first-class dining facilities, a relaxed and comfortable lounge, and a range of flexible function suites. These versatile spaces are ideally suited to member led weddings, banquets, celebrations, business meetings, and a wide variety of private events.

Package up to £59,000 per annum
, including salary, performance bonus, on site accommodation, 2-bedroom flat, no utilities or council tax.

Position Overview

We are seeking an extremely personable, confident, and hands-on Hospitality Manager who leads from the front and inspires their team through example. A natural communicator, you will be confident directing and supporting a multi-skilled team across both Front and Back of House, with a genuine appreciation of the value of teamwork, training, and development.

You will drive ambitious standards and ensure your team delivers the exceptional experience our members and guests expect, while creating a positive and engaging working environment. Commercially astute, you will have experience of budgets, P&L, and supplier management, alongside strong operational, service, Health & Safety, and compliance skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full financial and commercial responsibility for the Food & Beverage operation, delivering performance in line with the Club’s objectives and business plan.
  • Lead and oversee all day-to-day Food & Beverage operations across the Club, ensuring consistently high standards of service, quality, and efficiency, acting as Key Holder for the premises.
  • Manage purchasing, supplier relationships, stock control, pricing, margins, product, and menu development to maximise value, profitability, and quality.
  • Develop and deliver an engaging and innovative Food & Beverage offering that reflects the expectations of members and guests at a top 100 ranked private members’ club and supports increased participation and revenue.
  • Recruit, lead, coach and develop a high-performing team across Front and Back of House, fostering a strong culture of teamwork, service excellence, accountability, and continuous development.
  • Leadership is key, accustomed to delivering departmental meetings, 1:1 coaching, and leading from the front, setting expectations and being accountable for delivery.
  • Plan and coordinate hospitality operations across daily service, member led events, weddings, banquets, private functions, and other Club activities, ensuring seamless delivery from start to finish.
  • Proactively identify and maximise commercial opportunities, including food-led events and functions, while managing staffing levels, resource allocation, and service standards effectively.
