• Salary: £35,000 to £50,000 per year basic (Depending on experience and shift patterns) + Performance-Related Productive Bonus
• Hours: Monday to Friday (with an early finish on Fridays!) –
  Various shift patterns available (No weekends!)
• Training: Happy to support with qualifications including MOT licence, Electric & Hybrid, and Air Con

We are currently expanding our team across the following dedicated, state-of-the‑art departments:

• Commercial Vehicle Service: Specialising as a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) Technician.
• Transit Centre Service: Specialising as a Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) Technician.
• Master Technician Specialist: Handling advanced diagnostics, complex system overrides, and high‑level technical support.

In this key workshop role, you will work as part of a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional standards to our commercial and fleet clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out comprehensive maintenance, safety inspections, and high-quality mechanical and electrical repairs on leading‑edge vehicles.
• Executing the Vehicle Health Check (VHC) process with 100% compliance to guarantee total safety and roadworthiness.
• Diagnosing complex mechanical or electrical faults and providing clear, concise electronic write-ups detailing the precise concern, cause, and cure.
• Upholding stringent quality control standards to maximize first‑time fixes and minimize repeat workshop visits.
• Maintaining your dedicated work area, specialist tools, and equipment to a high standard while strictly adhering to workplace Health and Safety regulations.

• Minimum of 3 years of proven workshop experience as an LCV, Fleet, HGV, or Master Technician is required.
• Strong technical aptitude with a commitment to maintaining a high level of contemporary product knowledge.
• A proactive, quality-focused approach designed to achieve the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
• A valid UK driving licence (appropriate commercial or heavy vehicle entitlements are advantageous).
