Known locally for top-rated customer care, this business operates a clean, high-capacity workshop that handles standard passenger cars up to heavy-duty fleet transport. - Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum (DOE)

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (Saturdays operated on a team rota) - Annual Leave: 20 days paid holiday + statutory bank holidays

- Perform routine servicing, safety inspections, and general mechanical repairs across diverse vehicle types.
- Isolate complex electrical and mechanical faults using the latest vehicle diagnostic software.
- Carry out heavy-duty maintenance and component overhauls on light commercial vans and fleet vehicles.
- Conduct pre-MOT checks and prepare vehicles to strict DVSA standards to reduce customer downtime.
- Partner with a skilled, approachable team of mechanics to keep the workshop running smoothly.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served background).
- Commercial Mindset: Experience or a keen interest in light commercial and fleet maintenance.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid diagnostic fault-finding capability and hands-on mechanical skills.
- Attitude: A dependable, quality-focused team member who takes pride in right-first-time work.
Located in the Ellistown (Coalville) area, conveniently accessible within a 15-mile drive from:
- Coalville & Leicester
- Loughborough & Hinckley
- Ashby-de-la-Zouch & Nuneaton
- Tamworth & Swadlincote
