An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Supervisor / Fleet Supervisor to join a leading business within the lifting and heavy equipment industry.

This is a key position within the workshop and fleet function, responsible for the day-to-day management of the workshop, alongside overseeing a team of technicians. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance, inspections and repairs, whilst ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with manufacturer requirements.

This is a great opportunity to join a market-leading organisation with a strong international footprint, offering excellent career development opportunities, a dynamic working environment and the chance to play a key role within a highly experienced and technically driven team.

Role Responsibilities:

Managing, coaching and supporting a team of Technicians.
Planning and prioritising technician workloads and maintenance activities.
Preparing maintenance schedules to ensure the effective deployment of equipment and personnel.
Coordinating maintenance, inspections and repair activities across the fleet.
Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with SHEQ standards, company procedures, legislation and manufacturer instructions.
Ensuring the required spare parts are purchased and available when needed.
Driving continuous improvement across workshop operations and your team's performance.

Role Requirements:

Good technical understanding, with the confidence to support Technicians when required.
A strong understanding of equipment maintenance, inspections and repairs.
Experience working within a workshop, fleet, plant, crane, lifting or heavy equipment environment.
