Description:
Provide assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the assigned office. Must be able to manage an office effectively, establish priorities, and deal with emergency situations with students, parents, community residents, and staff. Provide all needed support/assistance to the principal or director of curriculum or director of special services
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum experience in general or school office work as determined by the Board.
- Knowledge of educational practices and experience with business software packages.
- Strong analytical, communication and human relations skills.
- Must be able to enter, process and analyze data quickly and efficiently.
- Must have demonstrated experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
- Must be proficient using Google, Microsoft Office and other business office software.
- Required criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or resident alien status.
$18.00/hour
Duration:
When needed throughout the school year
