Mid Level Automotive Technician - Flemington, NJ

As a Mid‑Level Automotive Technician, you will diagnose technical issues and provide outstanding service in Goodyear Auto Service centers.

Stores may operate 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays.

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventive maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 18.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• High school diploma or GED.
• ASE certification.
• Experience diagnosing vehicles, performing road tests, electrical, air conditioning, and advanced fuel ignition.

• Perform line technician services such as routine inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges, preventive maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
• Provide excellent guest service, clear communication, and feedback to customers.
• Mentor junior automotive technicians.
• Document all work performed on repair orders.
• Report safety issues immediately to management.
• Promote teamwork to deliver accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
