Compensation: $250,000–$350,000 annually

A well-established, multi-specialty dental practice with a growing patient base is seeking an experienced Lead Dentist to provide exceptional patient care and clinical leadership.
This full-time opportunity is ideal for a compassionate, highly skilled dentist who enjoys comprehensive treatment planning, mentoring other providers, and guiding a collaborative clinical team. Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive examinations and accurately diagnose oral health conditions
- Develop individualized, comprehensive treatment plans
- Educate patients and parents on treatment options and proper oral healthcare
- Collaborate with clinical staff regarding patient treatment plans
- Mentor and consult with treating dentists on clinical cases
- Prescribe medications when appropriate
- Maintain thorough documentation of diagnoses, medications, treatments, and consultations
- Serve as the clinical leader of a large, multi-specialty practice
- Promote consistent standards of quality, safety, and patient-centered care
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active New Jersey dental license
- Current CDS and DEA licenses
- Minimum of five years of clinical dental experience
- Strong diagnostic and comprehensive treatment-planning abilities
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and leadership skills
- Commitment to providing the highest quality of patient care
- Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Ability and desire to lead a large, collaborative clinical team
