M-F, 8am-4:30pm, Variable shift

Hiring Range: $58.00 Hourly

Provides medically prescribed clinical occupational therapy in patients’ homes.

• Facilitate and Coordinate Occupational Therapy Care.
• Evaluates Progress Toward Attainment of Patient Outcomes.
• Documentation of Care.
• Employs Strategies to Promote a Safe Environment and Patient Health.
• Education of the Patient and Care Giver.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

Preferred:
Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy

Two years of clinical experience in a hospital, out-patient, or rehab setting.

One year of Home Health experience.

• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of New Jersey.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current CPR certification. If not certified, must obtain certification within six (6) months of hire.

• Excellent communication, time management, judgment and decision making skills.
• Computer functionality knowledge.
• Knowledge and skill in current OT practice.

Knowledge of home health care provision and principles.
