Physical Therapy Aide | Part Time

• Assist patients on their path to recovery and support rehabilitation activities under supervision.
• Help patients regain mobility and strength as directed by physical therapists and staff.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized treatment area in accordance with facility standards.

• Strong communication skills to interact with patients and families, provide clear instructions, and offer reassurance during rehabilitation.
• Problem-solving abilities to assess patient needs and adapt exercises or support techniques as necessary.
• Attention to detail in documenting patient progress and maintaining safety standards.
• Empathy, patience, and a customer-centric mindset to prioritize the patient experience and foster a supportive atmosphere.
• Team player who collaborates with physical therapists and other staff to deliver high-quality care.
• PT students and experience preferred, but not required.

This is a part-time position with morning and evening hours.

Pay: $15-$17/hr with potential for more commensurate to experience.
