Provides clinical services and therapy for adolescents and their families impacted by behavioral health and substance use disorders.
Primary Position Responsibilities- Provides behavioral health and substance misuse clinical services for adolescents and their families.
- Maintains compliance with all standards of JCAHO, DOH, regulatory agencies, and specialty recommendations.
- Maintains Patient Safety.

- Minimum Education
:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. - One year's experience in the provision of mental health services to youth.
- License eligible in Mental Health Field by the State of New Jersey.
- Counseling in mental health and substance misuse with adolescents and families.
- NJ License LAC or LSW, CPR Certification.
- Experience working with families and adolescents.
- Clinical training in family systems; ability to work with impaired adolescents; must be able to facilitate groups; experience in crisis intervention; excellent interpersonal skills, ability to organize and prioritize, works effectively in stressful situations.
- Clinician demonstrates knowledge of evidenced‑based practices in the provision of care including but not limited to Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Universal Screening for SUD.
