Position SummaryReviews the medical record to assure completeness of the documentation and enters the deficiencies within the electronic deficiency system.
Primary Position Responsibilities- Analyzes medical records based upon NJDOH and Joint Commission standards.
- Flags all deficiencies and enters into the electronic deficiency system.
- Assists medical/clinical staff in completion of their deficiencies.

2 years of office experience

2 years of medical office/hospital experience
