Overview
Position Summary: The Business Systems Administrator is responsible for the management, system planning, implementation, enhancements, report management, custom report development, and ongoing support of the Infor Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSM)) and associated business applications throughout the health system. Serves as liaison between the Information Services Department and assigned departments in the Healthcare System.
Responsibilities- Configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the Infor Finance and Supply Chain ERP and assigned business information systems including, but not limited to, software and server updates, patches, and enhancements in coordination with IT staff and the vendor(s) as necessary
- Develop and maintain all reports, including custom reporting, across multiple data sources leveraging reporting and visualization tools and automation
- Provide level 2 support of Infor ERP and assigned business information systems to ensure business and operational needs throughout the organization
- Participate as a project leader in project planning and development, focusing on initiatives supporting departments throughout the health system
- Develop outcomes-oriented work plans and manage project activities and deliverables and provide technical assistance and consultation to departments regarding project activities
- Develop online help documentation, user manuals, and guides, and system documentation for the Information Services Department and business units
- Share off-hour on-call responsibility to maintain Infor ERP and assigned business information systems
- Other duties as assigned
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Business related field or equivalent experience
Required:
2-4 years of experience in healthcare information system and technology or related business practice
Preferred: 5-7 years in healthcare information systems and technology with a minimum of 3 years within a hospital setting.
Experience with report writing and data visualization and Infor ERP Finance and Supply Chain modules
License, Registry or Certification

Preferred:
Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified in Infor Finance and/or Supply Chain modules
Required: General knowledge of business healthcare information system applications, servers, personal computers, and networks. Experience with Infor Enterprise Resource Planning System. Experience with reporting writing, data visualization tools, database structures, aggregation of data. Experience with ERP systems within a healthcare environment. Ability to collaborate, facilitate teams, and foster consensus on process issues; desire to work with people; exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
interpersonal relationship skills. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Preferred: Experience using Infor Application Studio and FSM Report Designer. Experience with Visual Studio, Report Studio, SQL, Cognos, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Power BI, or other custom report writing tools. Experience with Strata strategic planning, operational budgeting, and reporting. Experience with system implementations, migrations, and application support. Experience with UKG Pro or other Human Resource Management Software. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
General knowledge of project management and change management principles. Experience in policy/procedure development and staff training; ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
