Overview
Role Overview This role provides day-to-day operational and administrative support for a Med Tech product security AI platform. The individual will support product security assurance workflows, onboard new product teams, and act as a key point of coordination between users and the platform vendor. The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to work independently in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities- Perform daily operational tasks within a Med Tech product security AI platform to support product security assurance workflows
- Execute routine platform administration activities, including configuration updates, user access management, and data maintenance
- Support onboarding of new product teams, including user setup, delivery of basic training sessions, and distribution of reference materials
- Provide ongoing user support by responding to questions, troubleshooting issues, and escalating defects when needed
- Log, track, and follow up on bugs, issues, and enhancement requests with the platform vendor through resolution
- Execute assigned platform and process improvement tasks aligned to agreed work plans
- Produce routine operational metrics and summaries to support reporting and visibility
- Document processes, updates, and changes to ensure continuity and effective knowledge transfer
- Work independently on assigned tasks, escalating risks, issues, or blockers as appropriate
- Experience administering or supporting IT systems or enterprise applications in an organizational environment
- Ability to train, guide, and support users on platform functionality and workflows
- Experience logging, tracking, and managing issues and service requests with strong organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, particularly when working with non-technical users
