• Manage daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and staff oversight
• Supervise, coach, and support service advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Monitor and manage key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and customer retention
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company and safety standards
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team management skills
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency with automotive service management software and related systems
