Role Overview

The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in modernizing and streamlining firm operations. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner and Office Manager, the role involves transforming strategic insights into actionable improvements through operational systems, advanced case management, AI integration, and marketing oversight.

What you’ll do
  • Operational Implementation
    :
    Conduct comprehensive reviews of current processes, standardize workflows, and document SOPs across the firm.
  • Crisp Integration
    :
    Act as the bridge between Crisp strategies and their execution firm‑wide, ensuring team adoption of systems and KPIs.
  • KPI & Performance Systems
    :
    Develop performance metrics and career pathways, creating clear accountability and growth tracks for staff.
  • Technology Advancement
    :
    Lead the selection and implementation of a case management infrastructure, enhancing data tracking and reporting capabilities.
  • AI Adoption
    :
    Identify and introduce AI tools to optimize workflows, training staff to integrate AI into daily operations effectively.
  • Marketing Oversight
    :
    Coordinate existing marketing efforts, assess ROI, and streamline processes, potentially bringing more marketing functions in‑house.
  • Data Infrastructure
    :
    Build systems to generate regular performance reports, providing leadership with clear operational insights.

    Proven experience in operations leadership within a small professional services setting; legal experience preferred.
