The impact you’ll make in this role

As a Material Handler, you’ll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment.

This role works the 2nd shift and includes starting pay of $24.83/hour. Training will take place on 1st shift.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Performing required tasks in the shipping, receiving, and warehouse departments

Operating powered industrial vehicles such as fork trucks

Operating in a team-based environment

Moving material using pallet jacks

Receiving incoming goods

Shipping outgoing products

Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED (completed prior to start) OR 1 year of experience in a warehouse role“Nice to Have”

Qualifications:

Powered Industrial Vehicle license

Three (3) years of manufacturing experience

Lean manufacturing experience

The starting rate of pay for this position is $24.83, with the potential to reach $25.45 . This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
