Stockroom Clerk

Magna-Power Electronics, a Flemington, New Jersey based electronics manufacturer, is seeking a Stockroom Clerk to join its dedicated world class team. The Stockroom Clerk will assist with inventory stock and managing inventory, including cycle counts, safety stock, dead stock, fill rates, and reconciliation coordination of all components. Given the complex nature of the products, there will be significant hands‑on training and interaction with various Magna‑Power teams.

• Utilize an RF gun to scan and accurately record kits of electronic parts for distribution to the various internal departments
• Distribute stockroom materials in accordance with the associated work orders
• Conduct physical inventories and correct discrepancies on a routine basis
• Record inventory of all stockroom parts as needed
• Assist with material handling of stored materials in assigned locations
• Report defective material when identified within the stockroom
• Cross‑train in the Shipping and Receiving department as needed

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1‑year related experience
• Basic understanding of inventory control procedures
• Experience with computerized inventory/ERP systems
• Proficient use of an RF gun
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to follow instructions
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
