• Contract Duration: 13 weeks

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,700–$2,840

• RN Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Registered Nurse experience (Med/Surg or comparable setting preferred)
• Licensure: Active New Jersey RN license
• Certifications: ACLS and NIHSS
• Education: Completion of required stroke education (8 Stroke CEUs)
• Compliance: Flu immunization required unless approved medical exemption with supporting documentation is provided
• Professional Skills: Ability to work independently on nights while collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team

• Provide safe patient care to adult Med/Surg patients throughout the night shift
• Perform focused assessments, monitor patient status, and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility protocols
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapy services, and ancillary departments to support timely progression of care
• Maintain accurate, thorough clinical documentation and communicate effectively during handoff reports
• Support stroke-related care standards as applicable, including NIHSS assessments and related documentation
• Promote patient and family education, safety, and a positive care experience

• Scrub Policy: Any color scrubs are acceptable as long as they are clean and neat
