Position Summary
Hunterdon Care Center, Hunterdon County’s premier healthcare facility in Flemington, NJ, is hiring Full Time LPNs and RNs. The role involves providing compassionate care to residents, primarily on a 3-11:30 shift with alternating weekends.
Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary and generous benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, company paid life insurance, PTO, referral bonus, weekend shift bonus, and a sign‑on bonus.
- LPN salary: $32.00–$38.00 per hour based on experience, shift, and award options.
- Per diem: $32.00–$35.00 plus $5.00 weekend differential.
- RN salary: $38.00–$42.00 per hour, adjusted for experience and benefits.
- Baylor option available.
Must hold a current New Jersey RN or LPN license and have nursing home experience.
