• Oversee clinical operations to ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and quality standards
• Supervise, mentor, and support field nursing staff in a home health care setting
• Conduct staff orientation, ongoing education, and Registered Nurse applicant interviews
• Provide and oversee patient-centered care in accordance with individualized Plans of Care

• IV insertion and infusion therapy
• Blood glucose monitoring
• In-home blood draws and injections
• Medication setup, administration, and compliance monitoring
• Vital signs assessment
• Tube, drain, and ostomy care
• Comprehensive elder care management

• Active New Jersey RN license (required)
• Previous home health care experience
• Instructor experience in nursing
• IV insertion and infusion experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
