Responsibilities- Oversee and maintain the health and well‑being of residents on the unit
- Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and their families
- Address and help prevent concerns from residents and family members
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
- Supervise, coach, and provide direction or disciplinary action to nursing staff when needed.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and policies
- Provide hands‑on nursing care and medication administration as required
- Monday through Friday
- Day shift schedule
- $80,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience
- $2,000 Sign‑On Bonus
