Hiring Range: $31.80 - $39.75 Hourly

Outpatient RN - $5,000.00 Sign On Bonus

Provides quality nursing care through the application of nursing process using evidence-based practice focusing on excellent outcomes and patient experience in accordance with established standards of professional nursing care.

• Facilitates, provides, and coordinates patient care.
• Effectively and efficiently documents all care provided to patients in electronic medical record.
• Maintains Professional Development.

• Required: Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Required: Minimum 2 years psychiatric nursing experience
• Preferred: None

• Required: NJ RN licensure and American Heart Association CPR certification
• Preferred: ANCC Psychiatric and Mental Health certification

• Required: Must pass annual competency based program and mandated in-service education. Experience working with psychiatric and substance abuse populations. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Preferred: None
