• Weekly Estimated Pay: $660-$690
• Schedule Commitment: Minimum of 2 shifts per month
• Work Location: On-site in Flemington, New Jersey, in a charming and accessible community known for its welcoming atmosphere

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an emergency department, emergency room, or relevant acute care setting
• Active New Jersey RN license in hand at the time of application
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a float pool environment
• Flu immunization required unless a valid medical exemption with supporting documentation is provided

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the emergency department
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately and efficiently
• Respond rapidly to urgent and emergent patient care needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support timely treatment and positive patient outcomes
• Float as needed within the designated emergency care environment
• Maintain compliance with department protocols, safety standards, and clinical best practices
• Deliver compassionate patient- and family-centered care in a high-acuity setting
