We are seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our supportive nursing team.
Responsibilities- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Providing wound care and basic nursing services
- Assisting residents with daily activities
- Observing, documenting, and reporting health changes
- Supporting care plan implementation with the nursing team
- Maintaining accurate medical records
- Active LPN or RN license
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
