Registered Nurse

Gifted Healthcare is seeking a PRN Infusion RN to deliver high-quality IV therapy and infusion services across diverse clinical settings. In this flexible, per diem role, you'll start and manage IVs, administer specialty and biologic infusions, monitor patients for reactions, and provide education on treatment and home care. You'll collaborate with physicians and pharmacists, follow evidence-based protocols, and document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusions, injections, and related therapies per provider orders
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and intervene promptly
• Perform venipuncture, start and manage peripheral/central lines and infusion pumps
• Complete accurate documentation in EMR and maintain infusion records
• Educate patients and families on therapies, side effects, and home care
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams to optimize treatment
• Maintain infection control, medication safety, and infusion best practices
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of medications and supplies
• Triage patient concerns and escalate changes in condition
