Shift Supervisor – CVS Health

We’re looking for a proactive Shift Supervisor to support our Store Management team, lead store operations, and provide excellent customer service.
Essential Functions Management- Work effectively with store management and store crews.
- Supervise the store’s crew by assigning, directing and following up on all activities.
- Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
- Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
- Promote CVS customer service culture: greet, offer help, and thank.
- Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Price merchandise and stock shelves.
- Execute displays, signage and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
- Execute display and maintenance of off‑shelf merchandise.
- Reset departments following POGs.
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
- Advanced communication and supervision skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and respond to urgent store issues.
- Experience as a retail supervisor.
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred but Not Required).
Job Details- Anticipated weekly hours: 20
- Time Type:
Part time - Pay Range: $17.49 – $26.49 per hour
