Job Overview

Join AAA Club Alliance as a full‑time Retail Cashier. The role operates Monday‑Friday 9:00‑5:30 and Saturday 9:00‑3:00. Compensation is $18.82–$24.07 per hour plus incentive pay average $162.00–$389.00 per month. Eligible for up to three weeks paid time off during the first year.

• Handle payments for all store transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare bank deposits at shift end.
• Greet and assist customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Consistently up‑sell and cross‑sell AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
• Process passport photos and issue International/Inter‑American Driving Permits as required.
• Provide backup support for Tag & Title and IDEMIA services when needed.

• Previous sales and customer service experience, especially in a cash‑handling position.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple websites and programs, demonstrating computer proficiency.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within six months of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful pre‑employment and post‑employment screening results.
• Ability to obtain any required membership license or other credentials needed for the role.
