Hourly Wage

$22 - $35 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. The role requires lifting heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds, and operating heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
