Parts Counterperson

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays.

• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner.
• Mirror match parts for the assistance of technicians.
• Cost parts on invoice.
• Coordinate with technicians and the service department to ensure that parts requests are met.
• Stock incoming product and track inventory.
• Handle some retail customers at our parts counter.
• Fill wholesale parts customers that call or walk in.

• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of parts counter experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with co-workers and customers in a professional manner.
• Automotive knowledge will be a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physical Requirement:
  Be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
